Our main line of business was initially trading in fruits from the entire fruit spectrum in various types of processing. We have been specializing in hazelnut products for a number of years. These come mainly from Turkey, but also from Italy and Georgia.
The freshly picked fruit is sorted and classified in regulated and controlled work processes.
The fruit varieties from our suppliers are produced free-rolling and shock-frozen (IQF).

Fruit juice concentrate is made by pressing the fruit and then compacting the water contained in the concentrate by evaporation or freezing.
The density of the concentrate can be varied through the water content.
